Speech Pathologist​

We are on the look out for a brilliant paediatric speech pathologist!

​

We are a close-knit team of six paediatric therapists, five OT's and one speechie, so you'll get to know the team quickly. We have a homely clinic space and do most of our work in the community, be that school visits, home visits, working on skills out and about in the community, or child care visits.

​

We have well established systems in place to help you settle in and feel valued and supported within our team while you work towards your goals. This includes a structured 10 week onboarding program, professional development allowance, internal and external clinical mentoring, monthly personal mentoring, along with monthly informal check ins, and regular team meetings.

​

Our preferred candidate will be a great communicator and have the proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team on a wide range of tasks. You will be curious and have a growth mindset, valuing connection and safety. Clinical experience is regarded, but not essential, as we have extensive supports in place that have been proven to nurture new grads.
